Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, but we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage during transit.

Damaged or Broken Goods

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within [14 days] of receiving your order. You will need to provide proof of the damage and proof of purchase, such as photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or store credit.

No Returns on Custom Products

All products are made to order, and due to the nature of our custom products (including AI-generated artwork on apparel), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that all the details (such as size, color, and design preferences) are accurate when placing your order.

Dropshipping & Vendor Limitations

To provide you with fast shipping, we utilize dropshipping methods and work with reputable vendors, including Printful and Tapstich, for fulfillment (USA Fulfillment Only). Due to the nature of dropshipping, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges on all products and are not able to accept returns for items that are not damaged.

While we make every effort to vet our vendors and ensure product quality, we are not liable for any issues related to damaged goods caused during shipping or by the vendor. We only work with trusted, top-rated vendors to minimize such occurrences.
